Nations Imagining a Vain Thing

The nations rolling out the red carpet for the blasphemer and his false prophet, the antichrist. “Peace, peace,” men will cry but sudden destruction will come. Every peace initiative in the Middle East is short-lived and gives false hope. It is a vain imagination.

assorted map pieces

Why are the nations restless
And the peoples plotting in vain?
The kings of the earth take their stand
And the rulers conspire together
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
“Let’s tear their shackles apart
And throw their ropes away from us!”

He who sits in the heavens laughs,
The Lord scoffs at them.
Then He will speak to them in His anger
And terrify them in His fury, saying,
“But as for Me, I have installed My King
Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”

“I will announce the decree of the Lord:
He said to Me, ‘You are My Son,
Today I have fathered You.
Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth as Your possession.
You shall break them with a rod of iron,
You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”

Now then, you kings, use insight;
Let yourselves be instructed, you judges of the earth.
Serve the Lord with reverence
And rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, that He not be angry and you perish on the way,
For His wrath may be kindled quickly.
How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

Psalms 2:1-12

The King of Glory, far above all rulers and authorities, power and dominion, and every name that is named not only in this age, but also in the age to come. Christ is seated at the Father’s right hand in heavenly places. We are seated with Him in Heavenly places. He promised the Son He will make His enemies His footstool. Worship at His footstool.

Hallelujah!

Creation

Recently, during my time before the Lord, the Holy Ghost has been speaking one word over and over: CREATION.

People continually post pictures of all the beautiful and majestic places they have visited and are blessed by. Seeing these, there is no doubt that man will be without excuse when he stands before God and says, “I did not know or was not led to call nor seek Him.” Our Creator created us in His image and made us a part of all of creation. We will be unable to not bow the knee and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

While ministering the last two weeks, the Holy Ghost began to speak this to my spirit: “In creation, it took us six days to create the heavens and the earth and it was good. But it takes a lifetime to create Jesus in you.”

We are his new creation. Nothing compares to the creative work being done in the sons and daughters of God. You are the new creation, just as creation was created for good works, you are created to do even greater works than these. Heaven and earth will pass away and the new creation, the redeemed, will rule and reign with Him. He led me to these scriptures:

First: a new creation, born again

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, – II Corinthians 5:17-18 NKJV

We must be born again, but that is like the first words of creation, “Let there light.” We are born again to see the Kingdom of God. The first spiritual day in the new creation, the child of God. The transforming work of Jesus being formed in us. Becoming like Him is to be at work in us until we see Him and will be like Him. There is nothing like the new creation. All of creation groans to see the new creation come forth.

Second:

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:10 NKJV

Old has passed away and all things have become new. What we were in the eyes of our Creator has passed away and all things have become new. Jesus has and is making all things new.

Third: present ourselves as a living sacrifice

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” Why is it reasonable? Because that’s what Jesus did, to do any less is unreasonable. Jesus!!! – Romans 12:1 NKJV

We come before Him presenting ourselves as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to God, because of His great and new mercies. When we fix our eyes on our Lord and Creator, we do not see what is old and passing away. We do not see ourselves but Him by Whom we are being changed into His likeness.

Fourth: He reveals to us His mind, which is the renewed mind by His Word.

Just as in the beginning, He says, “Let there be,” and the Holy Ghost goes to work.

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” – Romans 12:2 NKJV

There are three successive phases of His will as He renews our minds. The good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. The further we go, the better it gets and the more He is formed in us. This is spiritual growth, the progressive will of God, the new creation. It takes a lifetime.

“For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.” – Romans 12:3 NKJV

Paul is clear here on how to think more highly, but I believe we are not to think more lowly. Again, fixing our eyes on Jesus and not ourselves or anything else. He is being created in us.

“Who is the one who overcomes the world, but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. If we receive the testimony of people, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son.” – 1 John 5:5-9 NASB2020

Respectfully submitted. – KC

In the Beginning GOD

“just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.”

Ephesians 1:4-6 NKJV

“And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.””

Matthew 19:4-6 NKJV

Before the foundation of this world, we were chosen that we should be holy and blameless, living before Him in our love for Him. Being predestined, adopted, and placed into His Beloved through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of His Will. His choosing is what keeps us and determines who we are according to His plan and purpose. Self-determination is rebellion and cannot bring acceptance. This is in the heart of all men and women, who are created in God’s image.

The importance of the beginning of all things is an essential spiritual truth, as Jesus refers to in this passage. The authorship, the origin, is the true source of defining a thing. Jesus not only is referring to what is written, but He is also confirming His witness of the beginning of creation. John writes of Him: in the beginning was the word, and the word was God, and the word was with God. He is speaking as the authority on this truth.

The unholy spirits being released in these days, that are determined to make what are absolutes into variables, are confronting all believers. The demonic spirit of transgenderism that is being promoted, primarily in our country, championed by the liberal agenda, is addressed by Jesus, defending the Holy absolute of marriage.

In these two passages, He refers the religious, so-called believers of His day, to the beginning — before the fall of man. First, it was not so, or it was not this way in the beginning. Second, He distinguishes them by making them male and female. Creating a man first then a woman, because it was not good for man to be alone. Third, He instituted the holy relationship of marriage, which is one man for one woman, becoming one, a unity designed for life. Fourth, a warning given by Jesus, “What God has joined together let no man separate.”

To say the least, the spirit that has been loosed since the 60s, the big bang theory and creation is not as Jesus said, “it is written,” but has led us to this time of self-determination. It is believing the lie, spoken by the Father of lies, Satan: You too can be as gods.

The same Pharisees that came to Jesus in the above verse, He addresses at another time:

“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, (nature) for he is a liar and the father of it.”

John 8:44 NKJV

For any believer, group, or church to, in any way, give any credence to this lie, is a denial of, as Jesus said, “It was not so at the beginning.” They have been deceived. For not only from the beginning, but we were in His mind before the foundation of the world. Halleujah!

How to be free from deception

The Sign, not signs.

In Matthew 24:25, Jesus, warning the disciples of the end times, says, “Be Sober, Be vigilant.”

“And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.”

Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

DECE’IVE, v.t. [L: to ensnare.]
To mislead the mind; to cause to err; to cause to believe what is false, or disbelieve what is true; to impose on; to delude.

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”
Sober- of sound mind, or think soberly, serious
Vigilant- watchful, to avoid danger.

‭‭I Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Whenever the end times, or last days, is spoken of in scripture, it is often prefaced with a warning of deception. Some form of the word deceive appears 75 times. Be on your guard against being deceived.

In the Jewish encyclopedia, 40 false Messiahs have been recorded in Israel since Jesus.

“And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Four examples of Jesus’ warning:

  • Matthew 24:4 Take heed
  • Matthew 24:5 shall deceive
  • Matthew 24:11 shall deceive
  • Matthew 24:24 shall deceive

First, signs and wonders alone cannot guarantee the truth is spoken. Second, even The elect, chosen, would be deceived if it were possible. God chose them, our security. It’s the greatest danger to threaten the believer.

Pilate says to Jesus, “What is truth?”

Three coordinates of truth:

  • Jesus is the truth
  • God’s word, the Bible, is the truth
  • The Holy Ghost is truth

All three must testify the truth and agree.

Jesus again:

“But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it!”

‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭11‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
  • Liberation Theology, Marxism, Revolutionary — use the poor.
  • Eastern Guru and the New Age movement.
  • Father Christmas, Liberal Theology, the Bible is not the word of God.

Pride opens the door to deception. Contention cometh before pride and pride before the fall.

The Lie. The first lie: “For God, knows that, in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be open, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” … ‘So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took off its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.”

Flattery

“A man who flatters his neighbor Spreads a net for his feet.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29‬:‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.”

‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭26‬-‭29‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.”

‭‭II Thessalonians‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Ephesians 5:6

God’s wrath comes on the deceiver and the deceived.

“and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

‭‭II Thessalonians‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬-‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The love of the truth (agape)

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except their come, a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

2 Thessalonians 2:3

Falling away by believers who are deceived.

Little children, let no man deceive you: he that do his righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

1 John 3:7

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers, lust and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

Titus 3:3

How to be free from deception.

  • “Now concerning virgins: I have no commandment from the Lord; yet I give judgment as one whom the Lord in His “Now concerning virgins: I have no commandment from the Lord; yet I give judgment as one whom the Lord in His mercy has made trustworthy.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭25
  • Humility & Fear of God. This is the beginning of truth. So many promises of God
  • All scripture first before personal revelation.
  • Focus on Jesus, Worship God, the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Holy Ghost glorifies Jesus
  • Leave the initiative to God. He will speak, He will lead you into truth.
  • Beware of fantasy. Stay in scriptures, fascinate means to bewitched.
  • Keep it simple and plain. KISS, Corey Ten Boom, keep it simple stupid.
  • Exercise your senses, and discernment. Learn to discern between spirit and soul. Especially in worship.
  • Last, cultivate love of the truth. 2 Thes. 2:9 Receive, Be lovers of the Truth. What is the truth?
  • Prayer for the mercy of God. We need your mercy, we humble ourselves before you. We renounce any deception and lead us in your everlasting way.

King of Kings and Lord of Lords

This is from a Facebook post written by Jimmy Tommy Kumarluk.

The Old Testament is written by Moses and other prophets starting with Genesis and ending 400 years before Jesus. It covers creation the fall of man the flood of Noah, the covenant God made with Abraham to make him a great nation and bless the world through his promises son Isaac born from Sarah in their old age. Isaac has Jacob and Esau, Jacob became Israel father to the twelve tribes of Israel including Joseph who became leader of Egypt and saved his people from starvation. From the Tribe of Judah came the line of the messiah through king David, this genealogy is traced in the New Testament to Jesus in fulfillment of prophecy. The Old Testament has well over 300 Prophesies about the messiah that Jesus perfectly fulfilled including the place of his birth his ministry and the manner of his death by crucifixion, prophesied long before crucifixion was invented. The New Testament’s 4 gospels tell off Jesus ministry on earth as told by eye witnesses to the writers. Written down during the life of the witnesses. The book of Act’s is a continuation after the Gospel telling of how the Apostles (disciples of Jesus) recorded the Holy Spirit after Jesus ascended into heaven, the early church was persecuted and spread throughout the world, The New Testament has letters written by apostles including Paul who has converted having been confronted on the road to Damascus by the risen Jesus, he went from being a persecutor of Jesus to his most famous apostles and wrote most of the books in the New Testament. The books explain how Jesus is the messiah how he fulfilled the prophecy of the Old Testament and proved he was God by resurrection from the dead. That those who believe that Jesus is Lord that he was raised from the dead and Confess with their mouth will be saved, All of the apostles except John died martyrs deaths never recanting their belief Jesus was God and that he was raised from the dead and would return. John wrote the book of revelation which is a prophesy of the return of Christ and end times.

The Old Testament was the scripture that they had in Jesus day that he read from in the synagogue. Together they are 66 books of our modern Bible. Written over thousands of years by many authors but with consistency throughout telling of God his creation and his plan to rescue mankind from sin through Jesus sacrifice on the cross.

God the Father promised Jesus from the beginning to save the whole world.

Genesis 3:15

How was the Father gonna send the Son to earth to take on the sin of Adam?. He must start with a birth line.

And get more specific about this predicted Redeemer and His birth line. God Promised a Redeemer from the beginning who will defeat evil from the line of Eve (Gen 3:15)

God chose Abraham and his line to bless to whole earth using His Nation. (Gen 12:3)… (But He must first build that Nation).

Jacob was chosen as the continuing blessed line, Jacob represents the Nation of Israel promised to Abraham. (Gen 25:23)

Out of Jacobs twelves sons, Judah was chosen as the line in which royal kingship was given. so only Judah’ line is to rule as king. Until the final promised king comes. And to Him will be the obedience of the people (Gen 49:10)

King David is chosen as king and His line is chosen in which the final King will come to rule forever and serve Him. (Isaiah 11/42:1-7)

King David acknowledges the Messiah, as His eternal King that the Father has appointed to rule in Zion (Psalm 2).. and acknowledge the Messiah as His Lord who sits at the right hand of His Lord in heaven (Psalm 110)…. He is expecting Him to come from heaven and take human nature to rule as King….

as the Prophet Micah said…the King to rule in Israel, “”He’s origin is from eternity””. (Micah 5:2).

From David’s line where is the promised redeemer from Genesis 3:15???….

NEW TESTAMENT.

The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. (Matthew 1:1)

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end. (Luke 1:32-33)

Jesus is the promised Redeemer and Eternal King. As prophesied by the ancient prophets.

Isaiah 7:14

14 “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel….(meaning: God with us).

Isaiah 9:6-7

6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

“Emmanuel” is a title to describe who the child is.

The child bares the title “Emmanuel”.

He is God with us in human form. Coming to rule as King.

Jeremiah 23:5-6

5 “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,
“That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness;
A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.
6 In His days Judah will be saved,
And Israel will dwell safely;

Now this is His name by which He will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Daniel 7:13-14

13 I was watching in the night visions, And behold, One like the Son of Man, Coming with the clouds of heaven! He came to the Ancient of Days, And they brought Him near before Him. 14 Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, Which shall not pass away, And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed.

The Son of Man that is given all dominion comes in His Glory.

Matthew 24:30-31:

30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Matthew 25:31-32:

31 When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the [a]holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.

All Judgment has been given for Jesus to do.

John 5:21-23

21 For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will. 22 For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, 23 that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

Matthew 16:27:

27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

God says He will sit to judge the nations.

Joel 3:11-13

11 Assemble and come, all you nations, And gather together all around. Cause Your mighty ones to go down there, O Lord. 12 “Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.

Revelation 19:11-16

11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.
